  • Microsoft Clarity
    We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our site, for example where people click, how far they scroll, and where they get stuck. Clarity records anonymised sessions and heatmaps. Text you type, such as form fields, is masked and isn't captured. It only runs if you accept cookies, and you can change your mind at any time using the cookie settings link.

    Clarity is provided by Microsoft Corporation, which acts as our data processor. Data may be processed outside the UK under Microsoft's standard contractual clauses. You can read more in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

    Clarity sets these cookies: clck (keeps a visitor ID, about 1 year), clsk (links page views in one visit, about 1 day), and Microsoft's own CLID, MUID, ANONCHK, MR and SM, used to recognise browsers across visits to sites that use Clarity.

    The masking line only holds if Clarity's masking setting in your Clarity project is set to Balanced or Strict, which is the default.

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

These help us understand how people use the site, which pages work, which ones don’t, and whether everyone mysteriously leaves after seeing a certain product.

These tools may collect anonymised information such as device type, browser, pages visited, clicks, scrolling behaviour, and general usage patterns.
